Infidelity.....redefined

Part 1: Uday Bhaaai
Uday....the civil engineer of the college gang....the man who wanted to swim against the current, suddenly choses to swim with it. Not a first time that a civil engineer has given up his profession and joined into the IT profession. So this isn't a surprise for many, but a shock for Uday.
Civil Engineering wasn't a profession he chose, but still, the two of them had developed a stange but strong association. For the four years he was undergoing the course, he prepared himself, sometimes curious, sometimes assured. At the end of the day, he had developed enough of reasoning that this profession will pull him through, giving him the opputunity to realise all his dreams.

Part 2: Uh oooh.

After just four months on-the-job, he is has just had a change of mind. What triggered it? Its out of the scope of just a blog. Am not insulting the power of a blog but thats the complexity of it. OK. Now lets start.

Part 3: Dream job.

Placed into a good civil engineering execution firm. The kind of rough-n-tough job which comes to the mind when you think of a civil engineer. Armed with his WHITE helmet and heavy SAFETY SHOES he set out daily to build India's SECOND tallest building.(see the pic). His head held high as he executed the plans with conviction.

Part 4: In Your Dreams buddy.

As day went by, he started to realise that things arent going according to how he thought the will unfold. The toil in the HARD SUN and the notoriety of the site-labour had taken their toll on him. The zeal and enthusiasm had turned into a daily struggle. His upbeat smile into a sarcastc grin. ..SURVIVE....By going away.....not runnning away.

Part 5: Solace

After another four months he finds himself in a s/w firm. The boy had taken the plunge. And his body, finding some solace inside the office. Ironically, these are the same office buildings that a civil engineer would have toiled to complete on schedule. The effects of his decision were all so obvious. He decided to work in the building which his collegues had built. He salutes the brave. But he is trudging on a different path now.

Part 6: ????

Will Uday be back as a civil engineer. Well, he started out his blog keeping that profession in mind.......The Answer my friends, is blowing in the wind......the answer is .... ... .....
